We have UPS shipping calculator based on origin and destination. Shipping method - UPS real-time and database lookups. Vendor based shipping will calculate actual UPS charges from all of your vendors location to the shipping location in question regardless whether it is vendor number 1 in your database or vendor number 100, the actual UPS charges will be calculated based on their zip code that you enter in to that vendors file in your admin area.
