1. What is membership and who are resellers and dropshippers?

Dropshippers and resellers are members of the site.

Dropshipper - a person who sells products on her/his website and forwards orders to different buyers. The supplier (owner of the site) ships the product to dropshippers' buyers as if it came from him. They make money on the difference between their advertised price and the price the supplier charges them. They can save an additional about 15% - 20% off the site prices.

They sell the products online, get the payment via credit card processing, then forward the order to the supplier who ships it out. And members get billed for what supplier ships.

The difference between dropshippers and resellers is that resellers have access to all product listings at an additional 5% - 15% savings whereas dropshippers only have access to items sold in single quantities.

2. Is a fee charged for dropshipping the merchandise?

Yes, there is an option to charge a monthly access fee for dropshippers and for resellers depending on which program you have chosen.

3. Can customers track their orders?

Yes, there is a tracking feature that is accessible when a user logs into the site. Customers can track orders via USPS, UPS from our site.

4. What types of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, checks.

5. How to delete products from the cart?

To edit the content of the cart you can by clicking the link ViewCart. >From here you can empty the cart or delete the certain amount of the product by inputting the quantity you need in the text field. If you want to delete the certain product you should input the quantity "0".

6. How to ship to a few shipping addresses?

When you are filling in the shipping address you have an option to edit a product and the quantity of a product that will be shipped to the shipping address that you are inserting below. If a checkbox for a product is checked this product in the quantity that is shown in the text field will be shipped to the selected address. You should select a shipping method and press continue button. The rest of the products will be displayed on the next shipping address page. You can ship products the same way to the different address. You can choose as many shipping addresses as you want unless cart is empty.

7. How to get an account on the site?

There are two ways of getting accounts on the site. The first one is to purchase something on the site. Once you have paid for order your login and password information will be sent to your email address. The second one is to buy a membership: dropshippers or resellers.

8. What advantages can I get having an account on the site?

You can use the data from the previous purchase as prepopulated values in the fields when you are inserting customer and billing information. Also you get an access to your purchasing history, tracking number and download area.

9. What are the fees?

There are two fees: a handling fee and a shipping fee.

10. Who are affiliates?

Affiliates refer to the site and they get paid commissions per purchases are made by users they have recommended to. By paying commission as a percentage of sales referrals we can offer more substantial revenues to the Affiliates.

Once you have signed up you will be able to view your account balance and check on your current commission rate through a password protected area on our web site.
